After a break from the spotlight Mr. Kanye West makes a triumphant and theatrical return this past Sunday by opening the 2010 BET awards with his upcoming single “power”. If you are a Kanye fan then you probably have been bumping the “power” leak for the past couple of weeks. An epic and haunting track filled with pop-culture and emotion charged lyrics, reminiscent of an old Kanye West we haven’t seen since before 808’s & Heartbreak. Upon his long-awaited return to the hip-hop world Mr. West adorns a 1 foot tall Horus pendant and four-finger pyramid ring that turns T-pains “big ass chain” into a big ass shame.
