After a break from the spotlight Mr. Kanye West makes a triumphant and theatrical return this past Sunday by opening the 2010 BET awards with his upcoming single “power”. If you are a Kanye fan then you probably have been bumping the “power” leak for the past couple of weeks. An epic and haunting track filled with pop-culture and emotion charged lyrics, reminiscent of an old Kanye West we haven’t seen since before 808’s & Heartbreak. Upon his long-awaited return to the hip-hop world Mr. West adorns a 1 foot tall Horus pendant and four-finger pyramid ring that turns T-pains “big ass chain” into a big ass shame. Kanye’s Clean New Blog
All of the Kanye forums have been buzzin’ about the new blog Kanye announced a few weeks back. He released what appeared to be a logo for the new site (seen here) and it had Kanye fans stirring up plenty of Illuminati controversy. Could this branding and simplistic styling be the theme for his new album? We’ll just have to wait and see. Definitely some inspirational stuff. Check it out here.
